We are seeking an Account Supervisor for our growing corporate practice, which offers its client's seasoned expertise in issues and crisis management, media relations, B2B, reputation management and employee engagement, among other relevant matters. Some of the responsibilities of the Account Supervisor include:
oSupervise junior staff
oBuild strong relationships with clients as the day-to-day client contact
o Generate media outreach strategies, successfully pitch client stories and manage reporter relationships
o Play a major role in the research, planning and development of comprehensive public relations programs
oAddress client issues thoughtfully and effectively
oCoach company spokespersons
oWrite press materials and other documents
oEvaluate campaign results against objectives
oAssist in successfully growing existing accounts
oTake responsibility for budgetary issues, including account profitability
Some of the qualifications we are seeking in a candidate:
The Account Supervisor should have at least five years' public relations experience with people management and budget management experience. The Account Supervisor should have a bachelor's degree, a solid grasp of public relations tools, business media contacts and superior research, writing and editing skills. We're looking for someone who can generate creative ideas, provide client counsel and be a respected team leader.

"Working knowledge of original content creation and production across multiple platforms (TV, On-line and Film)
"Knowledge of sports marketing a plus
"Experience in creating innovative strategic marketing programs for brands with 360° activation across multiple platforms
"Experience working with brands (and/or their agencies) to create and execute branded entertainment programs through integration/placement into existing content or creation of new content
"Experience across MATTER's core services including Branded Entertainment, Sponsorship, Talent Services (celebrity and athlete endorsement), Event Marketing, Music Programming and Sports and Entertainment PR
"Extensive leadership experience leading and mentoring a team in multiple offices
